Ingredientes:
150 g de harina.
2 huevos.
80g de azúcar.
Medio calabacin.
Media zanahoria.
Media manzana.
Levadura.
Preparación:
Poner la harina, los huevos, el azúcar y la levadura en el vaso de la thermo y poner a vel 6 hasta que este bien mezclado.
Rallar el calabacin, la zanahoria y la manzana (con piel) y hechar en la mezcla. Mezclar con la espátula hasta que este todo bien mezclado.
Hechar en un molde.
Precalentar el horno a 220 g durante 5 min.
Meter el bizcocho en el horno y poner a 200 g durante 25 min.
